site was created in December, 1998 using Microsoft's FrontPage 2000. For a
browser, we recommend Microsoft's Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or Netscape's Navigator,
version 6.0. All features will function
correctly with either of these browsers. The site is best viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600.
If you are having problems viewing the site, you
